Masaledar Aloo Do Pyaza (Dry) Ingredients: Potato - 500 gram (Medium size) Small onions (Shallots)- 250 gram Medium Size onion - 1 (finely chopped) Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup Cinnamon - 2" stick Black Pepper - 1 tsp Cloves - 8 Big Cardamom - 4 Coriander Seeds - 4 tsp Whole Red Chilli - 2 Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 4 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Grind the medium size onion to a paste 2. Coarsely grind the coriander seeds 3. Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into 4 pieces. Peel the small onions. 4. Heat Oil in a pan 5. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, cardamom, whole red chilli in oil and stir it lightly 6. Now add potato in the pan and fry it for 2 minutes 7.
