Veg Pasta Salad Ingredients: Pasta - 2.5 cups Broccoli (boiled) - 1 cup Red capsicum (julienne) - 1/2 Yellow capsicum (julienne) - 1/2 Green capsicum (julienne) - 1/2 Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 1 cup Salt - 2 tsp Mustard powder - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 4 tbsp Method: 1. Boil water in a pan 2. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, pasta and boil for 8 minutes 3. Drain and rinse with cold water 4. In a small blender add 3 tbsp olive oil, vinegar, 1 tsp salt, mustard powder, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, some juliennes of red, yellow, green capsicum, 8 cherry tomatoes 5. Blend it to get the dressing 6. In a mixing bowl add boiled pasta, broccoli, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, tomato and mix 7. Pour 3/4 dressing over it and mix 8. Blend the remaining dressing again 9. Take out salad in serving bowl and top it with remaining dressing 10. Serve it as an appetizer or first course meal

Bottle Gourd Nuggets Ingredients : Dudhi / Lauki / Bottle gourd - 500 gm Carrots (grated) - 1 cup Besan (Gram flour) - 1.5 cup Sooji / Semolina - 2 tbsp Green Coriander (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Curd / yogurt - 3 tbsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 2  Lemon juice - 1 tsp Oil - 4 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp Curry leaves - 5-6 (optional) Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste Method : 1. In a bowl add besan, sooji, yogurt and 2 tbsp oil 2. Add salt, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice and mix 3. Peel and grate the bottle gourd just before making the dish 4. Add grated bottle gourd, carrots, coriander leaves in the besan mixture 5. Mix everything without adding water as water content in bottle gourd is enough to firm it 6. Keep a vessel with 1 litre water in it to boil  7. Make big dumplings (muthiya) of the dough and place it on a greased colander 8. Place the colander on the vessel with boiling water and cover it 9. Matar Phare Ingredients : Green peas - 1cup (boiled) Rice flour - 1 cup Green Chilli - 1 (finely chopped) Green Coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Ginger - 1/2 tsp (finely chopped) Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Oil - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan 2. Add hing, cumin seeds,green chilli, ginger and saute little 3. Add boiled green peas, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix nicely 4. Saute for 2-3 minutes  5. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp green coriander and mix nicely 6. Take it out in a bowl and mash it little and keep it aside 7. In a pan add 2 cup water, 1/2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt and keep for boiling 8. When it starts boiling, lower the flame, add rice flour little by little and keep mixing 9. Kala Chana Shami Kebab Ingredients: Black Chana - 3/4 cup Bread Slices - 5 Curd - 2 tbsp Green Coriander - 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Green Chilly -2 (Finely chopped) Garlic - 4 cloves (crushed) Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Wash and Soak the chana overnight or 5-6 hours 2. Transfer chana with 1/2 tsp salt and 3 cup water in cooker, and when pressure starts building, lower the heat and cook it for 1/2 an hour. 3. 🍅 Tomato Ginger Soup Recipe A soothing, healthy, and warming soup – perfect for cold days and gentle on the stomach. Ingredients: Tomato - 500 gm Ginger - 50 gm Salt - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 2 tsp Method: 🧼 Step 1: Prep the Ingredients Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut each into eight pieces . Bombay Potatoes | Chatpate Masala Aloo Ingredients: Small Potatoes - 400 gm Ginger Paste - 1 tsp Ajwain (Carrom Seeds) - 1 tsp (Crushed) Methi (Fenugreek) Seeds - 1 tsp (Coarsely grounded) Hing (Asfoetida) - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Keep three glass water with salt on heat to boil 2. When the water starts boiling, add the potatoes 3. Let the Potatoes boil for 10 minutes 4. Remove the Potatoes from water and let them cool 5.
