Vrat Wale Rasedar Aloo Ingredients: Potato - 500 gms (Boiled) Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat Flour) - 1 tbsp Sendha Namak ( Rock Salt) - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 (Finely Chopped) Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Break the boiled potatoes in uneven pieces 2. Heat Ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds 3. After the cumin seeds splutter, add green chillies and fry for 30 seconds 4. Now add kuttu atta and fry for a minute 5. Add the potatoes in the pan 6. Put rock salt in it 7. Now put amchur powder 8. Mix well and keep stirring for a minute 9. Add 2 cup water and mix well 10. Cover it and cook for 20 minutes on low flame 11. Khatta Dhokla Ingredients: Chana Dal ( Gram Lentils) - 1/2 cup Rice - 1 cup Chilli Ginger Paste - 2 tbsp Sour Curd - 1/2 cup Water - 1/2 cup Eno Fruit Salt - 3/4 tsp OR Baking Soda -  1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Oil - 3 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - 7-8 Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp Method: 1. Soak Chana Dal and rice in water for 8 hours or overnight 2. Drain excess water and grind with curd and water to make a smooth batter 3. Transfer to a large bowl and add salt and turmeric powder 4. Mix well, cover and put it in a warm place for 6-7 hours 5. Add chilli ginger paste and 1 tsp oil in the batter 6. Grease steamer plates with oil 7. Add Eno fruit salt in the batter OR 7. Make a mixture of 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp water, 1/4 tsp baking soda  in a small bowl and heat it for 30 seconds and immediately pour it in the batter 8. Corn Kababs / Fingers Ingredients: Corn : 250 gm Green Chillies : 4 Ginger : 1" piece Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Gram Flour - 4 tbsp Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Grind the Corn coarsely without adding water 2. Grind Chillies and ginger together 3. Add the chiili-ginger paste to ground corn and mix well 4. Add Gram flour to this mixture and mix well 5. Add coriander leaves and mix well 6. Add lemon juice and salt and mix well 7. Now take small portions at a time and give them a  kabab shape 8. Heat Oil and deep fry these kababs till light brown (Half fried) 9. Let these kababs cool 10. Cut these kababs to fingers  11. Spicy Instant Egg Pizza Ingredients (For Pizza base): Flour - 150 gm Curd - 1 tbsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp Onion - 1 (Finely chopped) Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped) Ginger - 1 inch (Chopped) Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Egg - 1  Butter - 2 tsp Method (For Pizza base): 1. Grind onion, green chilli, ginger coarsely 2. Beat Egg till it becomes fluffy 3. Add the ground mixture, garam masala, salt and sugar to beaten egg and beat again 4. Sieve Flour mixed with Baking Soda 5. Add Curd, Egg Mixture, Butter to flour and knead to a smooth and soft dough 6. Now spread a pizza shape Roti on a greased baking tray 7.
