Arbi Methi Masala Dry Curry | मसालेदार अरबी मेथी सब्जी

🌿 Arbi Methi Masala Dry Curry  🥘 Ingredients: Arbi (Colocasia) - 500 gm Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp Ajwain (Carom seeds) - 1 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger - 1 tbsp (Finely chopped) Green chilli - 1 tbsp (Chopped) Curd - 1/2 cup Ghee / Oil - 5 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp Method: 🔥 1. Boil and Prepare the Arbi Pressure cook the arbi for 2 whistles 🔔🔔 Let them cool completely ❄️ Peel the skin off the boiled arbis 🧽 Flatten each arbi by gently pressing between your palms ✋🥔✋ 🍳 2. Fry the Arbi Heat 4 tbsp ghee or oil in a pan 🔥 Add the flattened arbis to the pan 🍳 Fry until they turn light golden brown 🟤 Remove and set aside on a plate 🍽️ 🧄 3.
