🍛 Kacha Kela Curd Curry A flavorful and nutritious curry made with raw banana, curd, and Indian spices—perfect with roti, paratha, or rice. Ingredients: Raw Banana - 500 gm Curd - 1 cup Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Method : 🥣 Step 1: Prepare the Curd-Spice Mix In a bowl, combine the following: Curd (yogurt) Ginger-garlic paste Red chilli powder Coriander powder Turmeric powder Salt to taste Mix well and set aside . 🍌 Step 2: Prep the Raw Bananas Peel the raw bananas and cut them into small circular pieces . Raw Banana Kabab Ingredients : Raw Banana - 500 gm Chana dal - 1 cup Dry red chillies - 6-7 Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Bay leaves - 2 Cloves - 3 Black pepper - 7 Big Cardamom -1  Salt - 1 tsp or as per tatse Garlic - 10-12 cloves Onion (sliced) - 1/2 cup Bread slices - 2 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (roasted and pounded) - 1 tbsp Raosted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying kababs Method : 1. Falahari Raw Banana Curry Ingredients : Raw bananas - 500 gm Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Green chillies (slit) - 5 Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp Coconut (grated) - 1 cup Groundnuts - 5 tbsp Black Pepper - ½ tsp Method : 1. Dry roast the groundnuts till they turn little brown 2. Take out the roasted groundnuts in a plate and let it cool 3. Now rub the groundnuts to remove the peels 4.
