Corn Kofta in Spinach Curry Ingredients: Corn Kernels- 250 gm Flour - 2 tbsp Spinach - 500 gm Ginger - 2" piece (Chopped) Green chilly - 2 (Chopped) Onion - 1 cup (Chopped) Cream - 1/2 cup Raisins - 10 (Chopped) Cashew nuts - 10 (Chopped) Milk - 1 glass Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Boil Corn in 3 cup water till tender 2. Remove corn from water 3. Grind the boiled corn without using water 4. Mix flour, raisins, cashewnuts, 1/2 tsp salt in mashed corn 5. Apply little oil on your palm and form small balls from this mixture 6. Heat oil and put 6-7 balls in it and deep fry on medium heat 7. Keep flipping them regularly and fry till they become golden brown 8. Take them out in a plate 9. Similarly fry rest of the balls and keep aside 10. Wash and chop spinach 11.
