Corn Kofta in Spinach Curry Ingredients: Corn Kernels- 250 gm Flour - 2 tbsp Spinach - 500 gm Ginger - 2" piece (Chopped) Green chilly - 2 (Chopped) Onion - 1 cup (Chopped) Cream - 1/2 cup Raisins - 10 (Chopped) Cashew nuts - 10 (Chopped) Milk - 1 glass Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Boil Corn in 3 cup water till tender 2. Remove corn from water 3. Grind the boiled corn without using water 4. Mix flour, raisins, cashewnuts, 1/2 tsp salt in mashed corn 5. Apply little oil on your palm and form small balls from this mixture 6. Heat oil and put 6-7 balls in it and deep fry on medium heat 7. Falahari Vrat ki  Sukhi Arbi Ingredients: Arbi (Colocasia) - 500 gm Peanut Oil - 2 tbsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds) - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 (Slit lengthwise) Roasted Cumin Powder - 2 tsp Grounded Black Pepper - 1 tsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (Finely chopped) Method: 1. Wash and parboil arbi so that it is still hard 2. Peel it when cold 3. Cut slices lengthwise 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add ajwain and slit green chillies 6. Peel the boiled potatoes 2. Cut the potatoes into circular pieces 3. Whip the curd to make it smooth 4. Add rock salt, cumin powder, pepper powder in curd and mix well 5. Vrat Wale Rasedar Aloo Ingredients: Potato - 500 gms (Boiled) Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat Flour) - 1 tbsp Sendha Namak ( Rock Salt) - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 (Finely Chopped) Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Break the boiled potatoes in uneven pieces 2. Heat Ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds 3. After the cumin seeds splutter, add green chillies and fry for 30 seconds 4. Poori Kachori Ingredients: Atta (Whole wheat flour) - 2 cup Salt - 2 tsp Oil - 4 tbsp Urad Dal - 1/2 cup Ginger - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Green Chilly - 2 (finely chopped) Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Fennel Powder (Saunf Powder) - 1 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Oil for deep frying Method: 1. Besan Ladoo Ingredients: Coarse Besan (Gram Flour)- 2 cup Boora - 1 cup Green Cardamom - 8 Desi Ghee - 2/3 cup Almonds - 20  Cashew Nuts - 20  Pistachios - 14 Method: 1. Heat Ghee in a Kadahi 2. When it has melted add besan in it 3. Keep stirring it and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes 4. When the besan has turned light brown, sprinkle 1 tbsp water on it and mix it continuously 5.
