Quick Healthy Paper Chivda Namkeen
Ingredients:
Thin Chivda (Poha) - 1 cupPeanuts - 1/2 cup
Roasted chana - 1/2 cup
Makhana - 1 cup
Murmura - 2 cups
Coconut slices - 1/4 cup
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dry red chilli - 4
Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadahi2. Add coconut slices, curry leaves, peanuts, roasted chana, cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix
3. Add makhana and fry till everything becomes crispy
4. Add thin Chivda and make the flame low
5. Mix with gentle hands till the chivda is cooked.
6. Switch off the flame
7. In another pan heat 1 tbsp oil
8. Add 1 tsp fennel seeds, dry red chilli, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix
9. Add murmura and mix nicely
10. In a large plate mix both mixtures
11. Add salt, black salt, amchur powder and mix with gentle hands
12. Let the mixture cool nicely.
13. Store it in an air tight container
14. Enjoy crispy, tasty, healthy Chivda Namkeen for 10 days nicely
