Watermelon Sorbet : A Refreshing Summer Treat

Watermelon Sorbet



Ingredients:

Watermelon (cubed and frozen) - 4 cups
Lime juice - 2 tbsp
Honey - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - a pinch

Method:

1. Peel, cube and freeze 4 cups of watermelon 
2. Put the frozen watermelon cubes in the blender
3. Add lime juice, honey, salt and blend until the texture becomes smooth
4. Taste and adjust the sweetness accordingly
5. Serve immediately for a soft sorbet or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture
