Healthy Bathua Soup | बथुआ सूप

🥣 Healthy Bathua Soup Recipe Ingredients : Bathua (Chenopodium) - 500 gm Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Ginger (chopped) - 2 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped) - 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Desi ghee - 1.5 tbsp Cream - 1 tbsp and for garnishing (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions : 🧼 1. Clean the Bathua Leaves Pluck the leaves, removing stems, sticks, and grass. Wash thoroughly with clean water 2–3 times to ensure all dirt is removed. 🔥 2. Cook the Leaves Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan 🧈. Add grated/chopped ginger and sauté until aromatic 🌱. Add green chillies and cook for a few seconds 🌶️. Add the bathua leaves and ½ tsp salt , then mix well 🥬. Cover and cook on low flame until the leaves soften and wilt. ❄️ 3. Cool & Blend Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly . Hari Matar ki Chat | Matar ki Ghugni | Green Peas Chaat | हरी मटर की चाट

Hari Matar ki Chat  Ingredients : Green Peas - 3 cup Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Coriander powder - 1 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Papdi / Sev for garnishing (optional) Method : 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter 3. Add in ginger and green chillies and saute for a minute 4. Add green peas, salt and mix well 5. Cover and cook on low flame till peas are tender 6. Keep stirring in between 7. To check, take a pea in the spoon and press it with your finger, if it crushes easily, the peas have become tender 8. Add coriander powder and mix well 9. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes 10. Remove from fire, add lemon juice, chat masala, coriander leaves and mix nicely 11. Bathua Aloo Bharwa Paratha | बथुआ आलू भरवा पराठा

  Bathua Aloo Bharwa Paratha  Ingredients : Bathua - 500 gm Potato (boiled) - 4 (medium size) Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli - 2-3 (finely chopped) Salt - 1.5 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Wheat Flour - 4 cup Refined oil - 2-3 tbsp Method: 1. Clean bathua by plucking leaves and removing sticks and grass 2. Wash it with clean water 2 times 3. Put 2 cup water in bathua and let it boil, covered with a lid 4. Cook it for 5-6 minutes 5.  Remove bathua from fire and strain.  6. When the bathua has cooled, press it between palms to remove as much water as you can.  7. Keep the excess water of bathua aside 8.
