Raw Banana Peels Sabji  Ingredients: Peels of 500 gm boiled Raw Banana Boiled Potato - 1 Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - A pinch Salt - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Cut Potato into small pieces 2. Chop the banana peels to small pieces 3. Heat Oil in a Kadahi and add Cumin Seeds and Hing 4. Now add Coriander powder and Turmeric powder 5. Now add the cut potato and banana peels 6. Add Salt and Red Chilli powder and stir fry for 4-5 minutes 7. Now add Amchur powder and mix nicely 8. Falahari Raw Banana Kofta Ingredients (Koftas) : Raw Banana - 500 gm Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat) / Singhara Atta (Water chestnut) - 4 tbsp Home made Cottage Cheese (grated) / Chhena  - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts (chopped) - 1 tbsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp Green Chilly (chopped) - 1 tsp Lemon - 1  Peanut Oil for frying Ingredients (Gravy) : Curd - 1 cup Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat) / Singhara Atta (Water chestnut) - 3 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Green Chilly (slit) - 3-4 Desi Ghee / Peanut Oil - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1/2 tsp Method (Koftas) : 1.  C ut off the edges on both ends and p eel the outer layer of the bananas 2. Potato Rava Fingers | Potato Rava Rolls Ingredients: Rava (Sooji) - 1 cup Potato (boiled) - 500 gm Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilly (finely chopped) - 5-6 Salt - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Heat 1 cup water and add 1 tsp oil in it. 2. When water boils switch off the gas 3. Add rawa in water and mix 4. Set it aside for 3-4 minutes 5. Grate the boiled potatoes 6. Take rawa in a big bowl and press it with spoon and make it smooth 7. Add grated potato , salt, green chilly, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, amchur powder and mix well 8. Stuffed Capsicum with Potato (Microwave) Ingredients: Capsicum - 250 gm Potato - 250 gm (Boiled) Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Red Chiili Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur powder - 3/4 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Cheese Slice - 1 (optional) Method: 1. Wash and Cut capsicum into two halves horizontally 2. Remove the seeds and stalk from the halves 3. Chop the boiled potatoes to small pieces 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add cumin seeds and hing 6. When cumin seeds splutter add chopped potatoes 7. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well 8. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add garam masala powder, amchur powder and mix nicely 9.
