Mint Raita | Pudina Raita Ingredients: Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cup Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Chat Masala powder - 1/4 tsp Black Salt - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Method : 1. Whisk curd in a bowl 2. Wash mint leaves nicely 3. Grind mint leaves to a fine paste using 2-3 tbsp water 4. Add mint paste along with its juices to the curd 5. Stir very well 6. Spice the curd with salt, black salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and chat masala powder 7. Mix everything very well 8. Garnish the raita with a sprig of mint leaves 9. Serve raita with baked or tandoori starters. 10. It can also be served as a side dish in any meal. 11.
