Sooji Ke Pakode | Instant Rava Pakoda | सूजी के पकोड़े

Sooji Ke Pakode Ingredients : Sooji - 1.5 cup Curd - 4 tbsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)  - 1 tsp Onion (finely chopped) - 1 cup Green coriander (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Curry leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Oil for frying Method: 1. Transfer sooji in a mixing bowl 2. Add chopped onion, ginger, green coriander, curry leaves,  curd, green chilli and mix well 3. Add 1 cup water little by little and mix well 4. Add salt and mix nicely 5. Set aside for 5 minutes 6. Heat oil for frying the pakodas 7. Lower the flame to medium hot. 8. Take the sooji mixture in a spoon and slowly drop it in the oil. Similarly drop 7-8 spoons of mixture in the oil 9. Flip the pakodas after 2 minutes to cook them from other side 10. Fry the pakodas till they turn golden brown from all sides 11. Take them out in a plate 12. Similarly make pakodas from rest of the batter 13. Serve the pakodas with chutney or ketchup 14. So
