Mewa Paag | Dry Fruits Paag Ingredients: Desi Ghee - 3 tbsp Makhane (Lotus Seeds) - 1 cup Gond (Edible Gum) - 1/3 cup Almonds (chopped) - 1/2 cup Cashew nut (chopped) - 1/2 cup Kharbuje ke beej (Muskmelon Seeds) - 1 cup Coconut (grated) - 1 cup Poppy Seeds - 1/4 cup Chironji - 1/4 cup Sugar - 2 cups Green Cardamom - 12 (powdered) Method: 1. Heat pan and add kharbuje ke beej 2. Dry roast them till all of them become fluffy 3. Take them out in a plate 4. Heat 2 tbsp Ghee in the pan till medium hot 5. Add makhane in it and fry them till golden brown 6. Switch off the gas and take them out in a plate and keep aside 7. Heat 1/2 tbsp ghee on low heat and fry Gond in the ghee by taking half quantity at a time and keep aside 8. Falahari Sabudana Peanut Namkeen Ingredients: Big Sabudana (Nylon Sabudana) - 1 cup Peanuts (Moongfali) _ 1cup Rock salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp or as per taste Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Peanut Oil for frying Method: 1. Heat oil in a kadahi for frying sabudana 2. When the oil is nicely hot, add 1 tbsp sabudana in it 3. Stir sabudana and then let it pop like popcorns  4. When the sabudana is nicely puffed take it out with a strainer 5. Similarly fry the rest of the sabudana 6. Remove excess oil from kadahi and leave 1 tbsp oil in it. Add peanuts in the kadahi. 7. Stir fry the peanuts till they become golden brown 8. Take them out in a plate lined with paper napkin. Let the fried peanuts cool down 9. Add fried peanuts in the sabudana 10. Paneer Stuffed Bread Pakora Ingredients: Bread – 4 slices Paneer (grated) – 150 gms Gram flour (Besan) – 1.5 cup Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp or according to taste Baking Soda – 1 pinch Coriander leaves  (finely chopped ) – 3 to 4 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped or grated)- 1/2 inch piece Green chilli (finely chopped) – 2 Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Take gram flour in any big vessel, add water in small portions and stir until all lumps dissolves. 2. When the smooth batter is ready, add some more water to it and prepare a batter with thin consistency as required for making pakoras. 1 cup of water is used for making this much batter. 3. Add carom seeds, red chilly powder, coriander powder and 3/4 tsp salt to it. 4. Now mix everything thoroughly. 5. After this, add baking soda to the batter and stir to mix well. 6.
