Sprouted Chana Starter | स्प्राउटेड चना स्टार्टर

Sprouted Chana Starter Ingredients : Sprouted Kala Chana - 1 cup Oil - 1 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Black salt - 1/4 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Tomato (deseeded and finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/4 tsp Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1/2 tbsp Method : 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Lower the flame to low and add sprouted kala chana and spread it on the pan 3. Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix 4. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame 5. Stir and again cover and cook for 2-3 minutes 6. Transfer it in a mixing bowl 7. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, green coriander, lemon juice 8. Now add black salt, chat masala 9. Mix nicely 10. Sprouted Chana Starter is ready 11. Turai Chilka Sabji | तोरी के छिलके की सब्जी

Tori Chilka Sabji Ingredients :  Peels of 1 kg Tori Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Hing - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 Amchur powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Method : 1. Wash tori nicely and ensure there is no dirt or any other substance on the peels 2. Peel the tori with a chopping knife and make sure to remove little thick peels 3. Chop the peels into small pieces 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add cumin seeds and hing 6. When cumin seeds crackle, add green chilli and stir fry for a minute 7. Now add chopped tori peels 8. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt 9. Mix nicely 10. Cover and cook on low flame till the vegetables are done 11. Keep stirring in between for uniform cooking 12. When the peels have become soft change the flame to high 13. Add amchur powder and mix 14. Fry for a minute and serve it immediately as a side dish in any meal  Tips to Remember :

Instant Ragi Dosa | इंस्टेंट रागी डोसा

Instant Ragi Dosa Ingredients : Ragi flour - 1 cup Rice flour - 1/2 cup Sooji / Rava - 1/2 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Green chilly (finely chopped) - 1 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tsp and for roasting dosa Mustard seeds - a pinch Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)n - 1 tsp Curry leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Method : 1. Add ragi flour, rice flour, rava, salt and curd in a bowl 2. Pour about 1 cup water and mix to make a thin batter of pouring consistency 3. If required add little more water and mix 4. Cover it and keep this aside for 15 minutes 5. Add coriander leaves, green chillies and mix 6. Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan 7. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them pop 8. Add curry leaves, ginger and saute for 30 seconds 9. Pour this on the batter and stir 10. Check the consistency of batter. If required add more water and mix 11. Grease a Tawa with little oil. Wipe out extra oil 12. Mix the dosa batter and pour it across
