Zero Oil Makhana Namkeen Ingredients : Makhana (foxnuts) - 2 cups Peanuts - 1/2 cup Cashew - 1/2 cup Almonds - 1/2 cup Walnuts - 1/2 cup Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Method : 1. Preheat Air fryer for 2 minutes at 200 C 2. Add makhana in the basket and air fry for 4 minutes at 200 C 3. Take out the basket and shake it to give the makhanas a stir 4. Again air fry it for 3 minutes and check if the makhana is crisp and breaks easily 5. Take out the makhanas in a large bowl  6. Add peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts in the basket 7. Air fry the dry fruits for 5 minutes at 180 C 8. Transfer the nuts in the bowl of makhanas 9. Add salt and black pepper 10. Mix nicely 11. Store in an airtight container 12. Soothing Veg Atta Chilla Ingredients : Whole wheat flour (Atta) - 1 cup Sooji / Rava _ 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Tomato (deseeded finely chopped) - 1 cup Cucumber (grated) - 1 Potato (grated) - 1 Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Oil for roasting Chillas Method : 1. Add atta, sooji, salt in a bowl and mix well 2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter 3. Add tomato, cucumber, potato, green chillies 4. Mix everything nicely 5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix 6. Add coriander leaves and mix 7. Grease a tawa or flat pan with little oil 8. Add 2 tbsp batter in the center and spread it like a uttapam 9. No Oil Crispy Sabudana Vada Ingredients : Sabudana - 1 cup Potato (boiled) - 2 (medium isze) Green Chili (finely chopped) - 2 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Rock Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Method : 1. Wash the sabudana in water 2-3 times 2. Soak it in water for about 2-3 hours 3. Drain the sabudana pearls and let it dry for 5 minutes 4. In a large bowl grate the potatoes 5. Add soaked sabudana, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice 6. Mix it all together to form a smooth thick mixture 7. Make vadas from the mixture in your desired shape 8. Preheat the Airfryer or Oven for 2 minutes at 200 C 9. Place the vadas in the basket or baking tray 10. Air fry or Bake at 200 C for 20 - 25 minutes. Flip the vadas once in the middle of it  11.
