Sattu Ka Cheela



Ingredients:

Sattu - 6 tbsp
Besan - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste
Pepper powder - 3/4 tsp
Onion (chopped) - 1
Garlic cloves - 3
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl add sattu, besan, salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ajwain
2. Now add finely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic, curd
3. Using water or buttermilk make a batter for cheela
4. Add lemon juice and mix
5. Heat a nonstick tawa
6. Brush with little oil and lower the flame
7. Put 2 ladles of batter in the center and spread it using back of ladle
8. Change the flame to medium. Apply oil and cook from both sides
9. When it is golden brown in colour take it out in a plate
10. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup
