Cabbage Rice (Renal Diet) | पत्तागोभी चावल

Cabbage Rice (Renal Diet) Ingredients : Rice (boiled) – 2 cups  Cabbage (chopped) – 1 cup Carrot (grated) – 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped) – 2 tbsp Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp Green Chilly (chopped) – ½ tsp Mustard seeds – ½ tsp Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp Chana Dal – 1 tbsp Curry Leaves – 1 sprig Garam Masala powder – ½ tsp Chilly Powder – ½ tsp Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp Oil – 3 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Heat Oil in a pan. 2. Temper with mustard seeds, jeera, chana dal, curry leaves.  3. Saute and let Splutter. 4. Add Onion, Green Chilly. Saute. 5. Add Carrot, Capsicum, Saute and cook. 6. Then add Cabbage, salt and sauté for 3 minutes and cook well. 7. Add Turmeric, Chilly Powder, Garam Masala and mix 8. Cover and saute on low flame for 2-3 minutes 9. Add cooked rice and mix well  10. Cover and saute on low flame for 2 minutes. 11. Add Coriander Leaves before removing from flame. 12. Serve Hot पत्तागोभी चावल  सामग्री : चावल (उबले) – २ कप   पत्तागोभी (कटी हुई) –

Raw Banana Kabab Kachhe Kele Ke Kebab | कच्चे केले के कबाब

Raw Banana Kabab Ingredients : Raw Banana - 500 gm Chana dal - 1 cup Dry red chillies - 6-7 Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Bay leaves - 2 Cloves - 3 Black pepper - 7 Big Cardamom -1  Salt - 1 tsp or as per tatse Garlic - 10-12 cloves Onion (sliced) - 1/2 cup Bread slices - 2 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (roasted and pounded) - 1 tbsp Raosted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying kababs Method : 1. Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours and then remove from water 2. Peel the raw bananas and remove the thick skin 3. Cut 2 inch big pieces of the raw banana 4. In a cooker add soaked dal, raw banana pieces, dry red chillies, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, big cardamom, 1/2 tsp salt, sliced onion, garlic cloves 5. Add 1/2 cup water, mix and close the lid 6. Cook for 2 whistles on medium flame 7.

Instant Mooli Mirch Ka Achar  Ingredients : Radish (Mooli) - 500 gm Green Chillies - 50 gm Ginger - 50 gm Salt - 3.25 tsp Mustard oil - 3/4 cup (100 ml) Fenugreek seeds - 1.5 tsp Fennel seeds - 3 tsp Yellow mustard seeds - 2.5 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Black pepper (coarsely crushed) - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1.5 tsp Ajwain - 1/2 tsp Kalonji - 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Peel the ginger, wash it and dry it by wiping with a clean cloth 2. Wash radish, green chillies and dry them 3. Peel all the radishes 4. Chop them into your desired shape and size, rounds or long  5. Add 1.25 tsp salt and mix nicely 6. Cover it and leave aside for 1 hour 7. Chop ginger into long thin bite size pieces 8. Chop green chillies into bite size pieces using a scissor 9. After 1 hour sieve the radish pieces and leave them in sieve for 5 minutes to remove the water.  10. Instant Khatta Dhokla Ingredients : Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 cup Semolina (Sooji / Rava) - 1 cup Buttermilk (Chachh) - 2 cups Salt - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Eno Fruit salt - 1 tbsp Ginger (coarsely grounded) - 1 tbsp Green chillies (coarsely grounded) - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 2 tsp Curry leaves - 4 sprigs Green chillies (slit) - 5-6 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Mix gram flour, semolina, salt, turmeric powder in a bowl 2. Add 1 cup buttermilk and mix nicely so that no lumps are formed 3. Now add 1 cup buttermilk more and mix to make a smooth batter 4. Add ginger paste, green chillies paste to the batter and mix 5. Keep it aside for 10 minutes 6. Take about 1 litre water in a vessel and keep it to boil 7. Take a deep round metal plate or container and oil it from all sides inside 8. Now add eno to the mixture and mix  9. Immediately transfer the batter in the oiled plate or container 10. Place a colander on the boiling water vessel 11. Keep the plate or container wit
