No Cook Mango Ice Cream | बिना पकाये मैंगो आइस क्रीम

No Cook Mango Ice Cream  Ingredients: Ripe Mangoes - 1/2 kg Fresh Cream - 1 cup Full Cream Milk (Cold) - 1cup Full Cream Milk Powder - 1 cup Grounded Sugar - 1/2 cup Pistachios (Finely cut lengthwise) - 1 tbsp Almonds (Finely cut lengthwise) - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Peel the mangoes 2. Cut the mangoes in small pieces 3. Blend the mangoes to get a smooth pulp 4. Add cream, milk, milk powder and grounded sugar to the mangoes and blend again to get a smooth mixture 5.Pour this mixture into ice cream molds of your choice 6. Methi Malai Paneer Ingredients: Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 200 gms (Cut into small cubes) Shelled Peas (Boiled) - 1/2 cup Cinnamon - 1/2" piece Big Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 4 Cashew nuts - 10 Oil - 2 tbsp Onion (Grated) - 1 White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Fresh Cream (Malai) - 1/2 cup (75 gms) Kasoori Methi - 4 tbsp Salt - 3/4 tsp Sugar - a pinch Milk - 1 cup Method: 1. Pound together Cinnamon, cloves and seeds of big cardamom to a coarse powder 2. Pound 6 cashews separately 3. Heat Oil 4. Add grated onion and cook on low heat till oil separates. (Do not let the onion turn brown) 5. Add the crushed masala and white pepper powder, cook for few seconds 6. Add Kasoori Methi and Cream, cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes till cream dries up 7. Mango Chunda | Mango Sweet Pickle | Mango Kuchla Ingredients: Raw Mango - 2 kg Salt - 4 tbsp Hing ( Asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Big Cardamom - 7 Cloves - 16 Cumin seeds -  2 tsp Black Pepper - 1 tsp Cinnamon - 2" piece Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 kg Method: 1. Peel the mangoes 2. Grate the mangoes 3. Add Hing and salt to the grated mangoes 4. Mix it with a clean and dry spoon and cover it with a muslin cloth 5. Keep it in sun for 2 days (Do mix it once a day with a clean and dry spoon) 6. Grind Big Cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, black pepper and cinnamon to a coarse powder 7. After 2 days, add  grounded powder and red chilli powder  8. Mix well with a clean and dry spoon  9. Add sugar 10. Mix well with a clean and dry spoon  11. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it in sun for 2 more days 12. Kadahi Paneer | कढ़ाही पनीर

Kadahi Paneer Ingredients: Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 250 gms (Cut into long fingers) Capsicums - 2 (Cut into long fingers) Dry Red Chillies - 2 Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp Ginger -  ½  " piece (chopped finely) + 1" inch piece (finely shredded) Garlic flakes - 10 (crushed) Green chilly - 1 (chopped) Tomatoes - 2 (chopped) Fenugreek Seeds - A Pinch Green Coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped) Salt -  ½  tsp  Oil - 4 tbsp Method: 1. Heat Red Chillies on a tawa, till slightly crisp and Dry 2. Pound (Crush Roughly) red chillies and coriander seeds 3. Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a Non Stick Pan 4. Saute Capsicum till done. Keep aside 5. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add crushed garlic. Fry till light brown 6. Add Pounded mixture and cook for 15 sec 7. Add chopped ginger and green chillies 8. Mango Ice Cream Ingredients: Full Cream Milk - 1 litre Ripe Mangoes - 1 kg Sugar - 1/2 cup Cream - 1 cup Almonds - 1 tbsp (Chopped lengthwise) Pistachio - 1 tbsp (Chopped lengthwise) Method: 1. Boil Milk on low flame till it reduces to 1/2 quantity 2. Now add sugar and boil for 5 minutes on low flame 3. Now allow this milk to Cool 4. Wash the mangoes and peel them 5. Cut the mangoes into small pieces 6. Blend these mangoes in Blender 7. Now add the boiled and cooled milk and cream and blend again 8. Now pour this mixture in different shaped containers of your choice 9. Keep them in the Freezer for 8 hours. 10. Green Mango Panna Ingredients: Raw Mango - 1/2 kg Cloves - 4 Black Pepper- 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp Black Salt - 2 tsp White Salt - 1 tsp Mint Leaves - 1+ 1/2 cup Boora (Powdered Sugar) - Optional Method: 1. Peel the mangoes and b oil them in sufficient amount of water 2. Dry Roast cloves, black pepper, Cumin seeds and hing 3. Wash mint leaves and grind them with the roasted masala 4. Let the mangoes cool along with the water 5. Separate the pulp of the mangoes from the seeds 6. Grind this pulp with the water 7. Add the mint paste in it 8. Sieve this mixture 9. Add black salt and white salt and mix well 10. Add sufficient amount of water and keep it in Refrigerator to cool 11. When you want to serve it, pour it in a glass and add 2-3 cubes of ice and serve it. (If you prefer sweet and sour taste, add 1 tsp of boora in one glass of Panna) Note: You can also enjoy this Aam Panna with Gol Gappas / Pani Puris आम पन्ना  सामग
