Beetroot Besan Chilla



Ingredients:

Beetroot (grated) - 1 cup
Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Besan - 1 cup 
Sooji - 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tsp 
Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Fruit salt - 1 tsp

Method:

1. In a large mixing bowl add besan, sooji, salt, ajwain and mix nicely
2. Now add beetroot, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and mix
3. Add 2 cups of water to make a batter not very thick or not very runny
4. Leave it aside for 15 minutes
5. Before cooking add fruit salt, 1 tbsp water on it and mix so that the batter fluffs up while cooking.
6. Once done, spread a ladle on a pan and cook
7. When it turns crisp take it out and enjoy!
